3 reasons why dairy is bad for you

3 reasons why dairy is bad for you:

1) Dairy is high in saturated fats, predisposing us to cholesterol deposits in the arteries. As explained earlier, the fat in dairy accumulates in the body, adding bulky layers over your muscle. This fat build. up hinders and slows down oxygen from reaching other body tissues surrounding it. And a lack of oxygen slows your metabolism, making your system sluggish and eventually adding weight to your body.

2) According to The China Study by T. Colin Campbell, casein is a protein that does not assimilate in the digestive system, and dairy has plenty of it. Cow's milk has 18 percent whey and 40 percent casein, Think of casein going into your tummy and becoming like curd, which sticks to your intestinal walls. This interferes with the digestive system's ability to absorb nutrients from other foods, causing fat deposits.

3) Typically, deposits in soft tissue stick around and can get malignant over time. That's why incidences of cancers, and especially breast cancer, has increased in India. Women who consume a diet rich in animal-based foods, with a reduced amount of plant-based foods, reach puberty earlier and menopause later, thus extending their reproductive lives. They also have higher levels of female hormones (which includes estrogen) throughout their lifespan. A lifetime's exposure to estrogen exposes women to be at high risk to breast cancer. Diet plays a major role in establishing estrogen exposure. Increased level of estrogen exposure and related hormones are a result of the consumption of typical Western diets, high in fat and animal protein, and low in dietary fibre. Cow's milk protein is an exceptionally potent cancer promoter.
