The 3 day detox diet

Image
The 3 day detox diet is a little more stringent than the 7 day detox diet. This is only because its quick cleanse while the other is a longer cleansing process. However I am mindful of the fact that your body will need nourishment for seven day while its cleansing.  DAY 1 Breakfast Lemon, ginger, or tulsi tea, or use the shiitake mushroom tea (see Recipe section) A bowl of miso soup (clear made with vegetable stock) and any three vegetables of your choice. 3 reasons why dairy is bad for you

Image
3  reasons why dairy is bad for you: 1) Dairy is high in saturated fats, predisposing us to cholesterol deposits in the arteries. As explained earlier, the fat in dairy accumulates in the body, adding bulky layers over your muscle. This fat build. up hinders and slows down oxygen from reaching other body tissues surrounding it. And a lack of oxygen slows your metabolism, making your system sluggish and eventually adding weight to your body. 2) According to The China Study by T. Colin Campbell, casein is a protein that does not assimilate in the digestive system, and dairy has plenty of it. Cow's milk has 18 percent whey and 40 percent casein, Think of casein going into your tummy and becoming like curd, which sticks to your intestinal walls. This interferes with the digestive system's ability to absorb nutrients from other foods, causing fat deposits. 3) Typically, deposits in soft tissue stick around and can get malignant over time. That's w...

Beauty is priceless💫♥️

Image
Beauty is priceless Sunday, and you were being a mall rat. The luxurious new body products line, which boasts of everything from Dead Sea bathing salts to yummy dark chocolate scrubs and rich caviar cream, drew you in like a moth to a flame. You loaded up your basket with a heap of these goodies, each promising to make you look younger and giving you that 'glow' to die for, and leaving you feeling good about yourself, albeit with a lighter wallet. Well who can blame you? You gave into luscious advertising and the promise of a quick fix. But do you really think you can look younger and be more beautiful by using an inch-high bottle of caviar cream worth Rs 5000? Wouldn't we all look fabulous all the time if we just knew which magic potion worked for us? I'm sorry to bring it down so hard, but that little tub of cream does nothing but moisturize your skin and cause a dent in your bank balance. Beauty doesn't come in a container or a tube. It cannot be bought. Period...

Losing weight simple changes in habit

Image
**Losing weight ** Losing weight is the probably the biggest problem many of us face on a daily basis. It is possibly the favourite New Year's Resolution along with giving up smoking. It is one of the hardest things to achieve and stay positive at the same time. Losing weight naturally is better for you than any fad or crash dieting programs. Fads and crash diets make you lose fluid and muscle tone first, that is why it is so hard to keep the weight off. By changing your eating habits and doing more exercise the weight will gradually disappear. You don't have to do everything at once either. Cut some things back first; limit your chocolate bars to one or two a week instead of one or two every day. Little goals are easier to reach than that huge goal of twenty or thirty kilograms. Be nice to yourself and have a treat outside of the home instead of keeping tempting ice cream in the freezer. Keep a food diary When you want to lose weight one of the easiest to track when and where ...
