The 3 day detox diet
The 3 day detox diet is a little more stringent than the 7 day detox diet. This is only because its quick cleanse while the other is a longer cleansing process. However I am mindful of the fact that your body will need nourishment for seven day while its cleansing. DAY 1 Breakfast Lemon, ginger, or tulsi tea, or use the shiitake mushroom tea (see Recipe section) A bowl of miso soup (clear made with vegetable stock) and any three vegetables of your choice.
