      7 day glowing skin diet plan 



       Early morning

  -  lemon water with गिंगर


         Breakfast 

  -  Drink ABC juice (carrot, beetroot, Apple)

          Or

  -protein rich mixed sprouted salad 

       Mid morning snack 

-  1 orange fruit or cocount water 


    Lunch 

-2 roti, Buttermilk 1  glass,

mixed salad and vegetable Sabji (any vegetable)


      Evening snack 

- mixed Fruit salad and green tea


        Dinner

- Vegetable Soup, OR Dals soup OR mixed Daliya with Vegetable salad 


     Bed time drink 

-warm water with lemon
