Liver detox diet plan

Upon waking up

400 ml warm water + lemon juice

Lemon is an alkaline food and is the most powerful food to detox the liver and boosts the metabolism of the body


Breakfast

1 fruit + 1 large mug juice of carrot, beet, cucumber, coriander leaves, ginger, lemon, pinch of kala namak

The specified vegies are liver friendly and helps in cleansing liver with there antioxidant and alkaline properties

Mid morning

If hungry- coconut water + fruit OR cucumber/carrot sticks OR Isabgol in warm water

This meals brings in fibers and if you are feeling low/ dizzy, grab coconut water / fruit to balance your electrolytes

30 minutes before lunch


Lunch

1 tsp apple cider vinegar in I glass warm water



ACV with mother culture which is unfiltered is recommended and again this is a powerful alkalizer

Start with simple salad Bajra/jowar roti/ brown rice + veg  cauliflower/cabbage/broccoli) 

OR

Start with simple salad

Green mung dal with palak- 1 big bowl Carrot juice a pinch of kali mirch

After 3 hours of lunch 


Evening 


Green tea or tulsi tea

This meals takes care primarily of the macros of the diet and the cruciferous vegetable are rich in glutathione which cleanses liver

Carrots-liver friendly food

Tulsi has antiviral, anti- inflammatory and antioxidant properties because of which it protects the liver cells from the damage caused by the virus
and free radicals.


30 minutes before dvegetables

Dinner


1 tsp apple cider vinegar in 1 glass warm water

Glass of fresh coriander juice, can add lemon, kala namak, bhuna jeera to it + bowl of stir fried vegetables 



Turmeric tea before bed

1 tsp turmeric

+1 inch mashed ginger

+1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

Can add lemon juice and black pepper as well

Boil in 4 cups of water Reduce it to half

Sip hot
